Take a look at this new Thanko's watch. You may notice its big screen of 1.8 inch. Yup, this new Thanko's watch is also a MP4 player. 1.8-inch with 160×128 resolution screen may not good enough to be an PM4 player. I am pretty sure that it will somehow hurt your eyes if you try to watch it too much.
It can be used to play MP3 / WMA / AVI / JPEG files for about 3.5 hours of music. It is pretty good to see that its storage is 4GB. Available in Japan for $163.
