You have seen SM400 already at CES 2008. SM400 was developed by Korean company Zamm which offers SM400 with many fucntions.
It is powered by a 500Mhz processor with Windows CE 5.0 OS. It has a 7″ screen at 800×480 resolution. More features: SD card slot, Blutooth, GPS navigation, DVB-T, 1-Seg, DMB, video player, audio player, photo album and games. Battery can last up to 3 hours.
