Nintendo Sues Nyko Over Nunchucks

Seem like the two companies will have a lot more things to talk with each other since Nintendo didn't only complaint a trademark complaint against Monster Sound Inc but also said that The Nyko product wholly appropriates the novel shape, design, overall appearance and even the color and materials used in the Nintendo Nunchuk controller.
