Making Your Computer Faster


Time is money and sometime your PC your favorite applications so slow to start. We experienced the normal things we do when this happens, and you're done reconstruction, detection of viruses, installing applications, and all other things.

You may check out the following three steps to make your computer runs faster:
  1. Go to Start, then Control Panel and select add/remove programs. Try to find as many applications as to remove it so you may somehow increase the PC speed.
  2. Delete any files or pictures that you don’t need.
  3. Empty your recycle bin.

CES 2010: Compulab Intros The Smallest Miniature PC


Compulab has just released the smallest miniature pc 'fit-PC2i' at CES 2010, which is targeting networking and industrial applications.

Based on Intel Atom Z5xx CPU, the fit-PC2i is the smallest pc available on the market. It incorporates dual Gbit Ethernet ports, addressing the growing demand for low power servers, firewalls and industrial PCs.

Measuring just 4x4.5x1.05-inch and weighting mere 13oz, the fit-PC2i provides the complete pc functionality – up to 2GHz CPU, up to 2GB RAM, internal SATA HDD, resolution of up to 1920x1200, digital audio, dual LAN and WLAN. It also supports Windows 7, Windows Server and Ubuntu Linux OS.

The fit-PC2i will be available in January, 2010.

New Intel Atom N450 Is Faster and Smaller
A new Intel platform N450 has just emerged with a better performance and smaller size. What actually make this chip special is the integration of memory controller and graphics into the CPU, a first in the industry on x-86 chips.

The N450 is a single core Atom processor with 512k of L2 cache and a 7 watt total kit TDP including chipset. The D410 for entry-level desktop PCs is a single-core Atom processor with 512k of L2 cache and a 12-watt total kit TDP including chipset, and the D510 for entry-level desktop PCs is a dual core Atom processor with 1meg L2 cache and a 15-watt total kit TDP including chipset. The new chips all run at 1.66GHz.
You will see this N450 in the very early 2010 in January.
