New Sanyo Navigation Systems with SSD

Two brand new in-dash GPS navigation systems with solid state drives instead of the usual DVD based or hard drive based systems has just been released by Sanyo. The two come with with SSD with can resist to to vibration, heat, and other environmental factors.

The NVA-MS1280DT has a 4GB SD and a 4GB solid state drive while the MS1180DT features only 4GB SSD. It will be available in June for $1750 (the NVA-MS1280DT) and $1500 (the MS1180DT).
