There are several companies are producing low cost laptop for China where most people can earn relatively each month. They buy a cheaper laptop compare to Western people. Inventec's new cheap V10 laptop comes with no surprising feature except its price. Available for only $230 with a 10.1-inch display, it is powered by lackluster 1GHz VIA C3 processor with 128MB of RAM (can go for upgrade), a 20GB hard drive, built-in Ethernet and two USB ports. No Wi-Fi.
