GPS and 3G on the Next iPhone?

Alot of rumors is going around so fast. GigaOM said that the 3G iPhone will have GPS due to a GPS contract for the iPhone was awarded to Broadcom and legal requirements put in place last year by the FCC regarding Enhanced 911.
