Cowon Q5W After A3 Upgrade

We have come across the A3 upgrade already. Now we can get the released date in US market which will be in May 26th for $440, different from the previous data of $691.
By the way, in late June we can see the Q5W which is new Cowon portable media player. Similar to A3 it also has 80GB capacity. It also features Wi-Fi, Bluetooth audio streaming, and MSN messenger.
