It is not a digital camera neither a PMP. This Altek T8680 has a lot of way to go like a PMP when you look in the front while a digital camera at the back. Actually it is a touchscreen phone with a 3-inch WQVGA LCD. It also spots Bluetooth with A2DP, USB, TV out, an FM radio, PictBridge and DPOF handle local connectivity.
What make this phone special is the 12MP which can take up to 3200 ISO, touch focus, 3x optical zoom and more modes to choose. It can play back MP3 and AAC files which capture video VGA resolution using AVI files. It will be available in China for 3000 Yuan or $440.
