Netflix Survey: Are You Willing to Pay an Additional $20 Per Month for HBO Shows?

According to hackingnetflix, Netflix have surveyed some of their existing 700,000 customers, who are now paying extra $1 for Blue-ray titles, if they want to spend an additional $10 monthly for HBO show.
