Toshiba Intros 512GB 2.5 Inch SSD with High Speed

Toshiba has been a very famous manufacture in producing Hard Drive. Now Toshiba has announced a new 512GB 2.5 Inch SSD which can offer read speed of 240Mbps and a maximum sequential write speed of 200Mbps with AEW encryption. Toshiba has more word at CES 2009.
Toshiba will start mass production in April so you may get one some time in June.
