Rumor: Dell Adamo To Come with Blu-Ray and More

Since Dell has announced its MacBook Air rival, we have seen many rumors around this new Dell Adamo. Everyone is waiting for the World's thinnest notebook which can go thinner than 0.76” thick and weighs about 3.0 lbs from Apple.

Regarding the new rumor, Google cache shows that the Adamo will be available with a 8x slot-load DVD burner, an optional 2x Blu-ray/DVD-RW drive (with SATA interface) as well as a Displayport to connect to a LCD. The option list includes Displayport-to-VGA, Displayport-to-HDMI and Displayport-to-DVI converters. There are also 8GB, 250GB and 500GB external drives.

Digitimes reported that Dell Adamo will be available for up to $3000 but tgdaily claim that you can get for only $1500 with the starting price. Hope that Dell Adamo will be out at CES 2009 next January.
