HP iPaq 614c will be available soon on 18th February. This smartphone is equipped with 3G Data access also includes GPS and Wi-Fi access. It runs on Windows Mobile 6 Professional with 520Mhz Marvell PXA270 processor (3G HSDPA at up to 3.6/7.2 Mbps speeds). It comes in a 2.8” 240x320 pixel transflective TFT colour display, 128Mb RAM and 256Mb ROM.
