5GB Transfer Gi-Fi Take Down Wi-Fi
Do you like this story?
May be it is time to replace Wi-Fi technology with a better data transfer technology, Gi-Fi. It sounds hard to believe but researchers at Melbourne University have successfully test this new technology with a good result of 5 GB data transfer over a 10 meter distance. The chip measures 5mm square and use current CMOS technology. More than this it costs only $10. If this device can work well like this, there will be a massive Gi-Fi production soon.
