TOSHIBA Is Now Its 43nm MLC NAND SOLID STATE DRIVES TO MAJOR PC OEMS

TOSHIBA has just released its ultimate generation solid state drives "The 43nm MLC NAND" in capacities of 64GB , 128GB, 256GB and 512GB with 1.8-inch or 2.5-inch drive enclosures. It enables a maximum sequential read speed of 230MB per second (MBps) and maximum sequential write speed of 180MBps.
