Japan to Conquer Moon by 2020 by Robots

It is quite possible for a country with high technology to conquer moon with robots. Since many people have been to the moon for their research, Japan still has its destination to conquer the moon with its robots by 2020. Recently Japan's Strategic Headquarters for Space Development said that you expected to have their two legs robots traveling on the surface of the moon by 2020.
