Sun Microsystems Announced 1,300 Layoffs

It is not hard for us to hear the world "Layoffs" since it is very simple for every company to deal with today world economic crisis. Recently Sun Microsystems has just confirmed 1,300 layoffs as it planned to go up to 14 percent to 18 percent of its workforce.
Sun strongly hopes that this restructuring would help them to make a better operation and save between $700 million to $800 million each year. Hope that everything will be better soon.
