Skype 2.8 for Mac OS X with the Lastest Features
Skype is now getting more and more popular with its free calls, video calls and instant messages. For Mac OS X only, Skype has launched its new beta within great new features.

Here are some features

  • Make free Skype-to-Skype calls to anyone else, anywhere in the world. Call landlines and mobiles at great low per minute rates.
  • See who you are talking to with free video calls.
  • Send SMS messages to friends on the move and set up call forwarding so they can contact you.
  • Free instant messages - chat with 1 or up to 150 people in the same chat.
  • Conference call with up to 25 others.
However these are not enough. Here are another 2 new features that Skype has added in this version:
  • Skype Access - Pay as you go public WiFi access. Simply pay per minute with Skype Credit.
  • Screen sharing - Show someone what you’re seeing with desktop sharing.
Here are system requirements of Mac OS X
  • Mac computer with G4 800 Mhz processor or faster.
  • Mac OS X v10.3.9 Panther or later.
  • 512 MB RAM.
  • 40 MB free disk space on your hard drive.
  • Microphone and speakers or headset.
  • Internet connection – broadband is best (GPRS is not supported for voice calls).
