Need somre more touch beside your phone? Here is a new camera from Nikon with touchscreen, the Coolpix S60.
It is a 10 megapixel CCD camera with a 3.5-inch touchscreen. The 5x zoom can be controlled via icons on the touch screen. Touch controls also bring a new dimension of fun to viewing images, from fingertip scrolling through images, quick switching between various thumbnail views, instant image selection, and playback zoom. Auto image rotation ensures optimal display regardless of the picture’s orientation. The supplied stylus can be used for a variety of functions including: The Draw Function, which allows handwritten memos on the touch screen to be stored as JPEG files, and the Paint Function, which enables memos and frames to be added to images. And the new HD Pictmotion function combines with HDMI connectivity to allow high-quality playback and slide shows on an HDTV.
Available in September for $350.
