Sony just developed Micro Fuel Cell System with the size of your palm of your hand. Come with the size of 50 × 30mm, it combines a fuel cell, Li-polymer secondary battery, control circuit and so forth.
According to an engineer for Sony Material Laboratory, "We have been aiming to mount (a fuel-cell system) in mobile devices and finally reached a level of commercial design,".
