Mvix (MV-2500U) Ultra-Portable Media Center

The Mvix Multimedia Center is based on a hybrid functionality of a Hard-Drive Enclosure and Multimedia Player. It uses a 2.5" P-ATA / IDE HDD (not included) and supports large-sized hard drives (250GB+). When connected to the PC, it works just like an external USB 2.0 hard drive. Simply drag-and-drop all your media content from your PC to the device, connect it to your plasma or LCD TV and enjoy all the media in your living room. It comes with a highly functional and ergonomically-designed IR remote control.

The MV-2500U offers true brilliance of High Definition (720p or 1080i) and sound output with hundreds gigabytes of media content - all within one compact unit. With seamless compatibilty with dominant PC / MAC operating systems, Mvix MV-2500U surpass the traditional media streaming functionality via an in-built Hard-drive (IDE / ATA) interface. The localized decoding technology, a hallmark of all Mvix products, enhances the visual experience by providing jitter-free HiDef decoding. Transferring media content to the Mvix Media Center is a snap. The Mvix MV-2500U functions like an external storage device when connected to the PC via USB2.0 interface.
