3G iPhone for $199 at AT&T

There is a rumor that AT&T will offer a plans to subsidize the 3G iPhone by $200 for new customers that purchase the phone through AT&T stores. Who can get this fortune? Anyway we need to see the 3G iPhone officially get released first. Maybe on June 9th when Worldwide Developers Conference will be held.
