The new Ultimate 9502 was introduced at MWC in Barcelona by i-mate. It runs on Microsoft Windows Mobile 6 Professional with 256MB ROM, 128MB RAM. It has a 2.8″ VGA Touch-Screen and 3MP camera with auto focus and LED flash. Available for $985.Here are some specs:
